Shiva's special day is coming around again this week, and Beloved One will be here to lead us in devotional Sanskrit chants. It is said that if, on this day, one chants Shiva's name, each repetition is worth a thousand and ensures fast-track enlightenment! November 9th: Diwali Celebration with belovedOne
It's the Hindu New Year on the 10th November... Diwali, The Festival of Lights, is traditionally the time to welcome prosperity and abundance into our lives, represented in Hindu Mythology by the Goddess Lakshmi. Please bring a night light (in a holder of your choice) so we can create a beautiful display. Fruit and flowers are also traditionally displayed and offerings are welcome and will be shared after the chant.
Christina & Jonathon will be chanting ecstatic and sacred Mantras and bhajans with live instruments - harmonium, mridang drum, guitar, flute and cymbals... it will be a wonderful evening!

September 16th: Andrew Smith 2012 Meditation
After Andrew's last visit in August, we have scheduled another 4 classes this year on Sunday September the 16th, October 14th, November 11th and December 9th.
In the last session we examined the importance of grounding, connecting with the higher self, cleansing and personal & planetary healing. A most enjoyable day with many beneficial energies present. Andrew also introduced the option of undertaking the Serapis Bey 'Spiritual Study Course', an option to run alongside the regular classes. Those wishing to take advantage of this opportunity are invited to arrive an hour early to enable discussion on their progress. This course costs £100 for a series of 9CDs and accompanying booklet.
Andrew has stressed that ALL are welcome to attend, irrespective of prior experience or attendance.
Cost: £8. Time: 12.00 for those taking the Serapis Bey option, 1pm for everyone else, finishing at 4pm.

Your thoughts are creative and with this awareness and the right knowledge you have the power to create you life – in any way that you want!
Sandi Crippsis is running an introductory talk on the Law of Attraction at the Quiet Mind Centre to explain its principles. In it you will learn:
- The basic principles of the Law of Attraction
- How to apply them to your Life
- How to raise your vibration to match your desires
- How to improve your life with two simple techniques
This is a great way to find out more about the Law of Attraction in relaxed and informal way. I will explain the principles to get you started on using it in your everyday life and there will plenty of opportunities for you to ask questions along the way.

September 2nd: Chanting with the BelovedOne
Christina and Jonathon will return to the Centre once again for a day of chanting, healing mantras and bhajans using voice and sacred Indian instruments.
Held between 2.30pm and 4.30pm, the day will have a variety of foot-tapping, finger-snapping rhythms to get you in touch with your natural joy.

August 11th: Andrew Smith 2012 meditation
Andrew Smith visited the Quiet Mind Centre in the spring and gave a fascinating presentation on the changes due to take place in 2012. He has agreed to return to expand upon the themes he introduced, with specific reference to how individuals can become prepared and involved in the forthcoming events.
This introductory day will focus mainly on personal meditation, attunement to the new Earth energies, and offering ourselves in healing service to humanity and the planet. Participants are invited to bring with them a person or place to which they would like to focus healing energy.
Beginning at 1pm and lasting until around 4pm, it will cost £8 for the day and will form an introduction to a series of sessions to prepare us for the changes ahead. There is also an oppourtunity to undertake a course of advanced study by Serapis Bey, this will be discussed in more detail on the day.
